In case of cancellation, various charges will be taken depends on the type of services have to be canceled.

Along with airline's cancellation charges, an amount of 250 Rs. per passenger/per sector for domestic and 750 Rs. per passenger/per sector for international air tickets will be taken by phonepayonline.inas cancellation service charges.
For offline cancellation of these tickets, call our customer support center at 18002123676 (From All Networks). Same cancellation charges will be applied.
In case of special fares and other specific situations, fares are non-refundable.
To cancel the tickets within 24 Hrs of the journey, contact the Airlines directly and then, send the cancellation request to our website for refunds.
In case of direct cancellation through airlines, refunds will be made as per the airlines' charges along with our service charges as mentioned above.
Post departure of flights & in case of No Show, we don't entertain any cancellation request
During Peak-Seasons that may be different for different locations, cancellation policy of hotels and air tickets can vary. We follow specific cancellation policy these days and refund charges may differ heavily.
If you cancel your holiday prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, initial deposit amount or 25% of the tour cost (whatever is more) will be taken as cancellation charges.
If you cancel your holiday between 29 days and 15 days prior to the date of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be taken as cancellation charges.
If you cancel your holiday between 14 days and 8 days of the tour, 75% of the tour cost will be taken as cancellation charges.
If you cancel your holiday within 8 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will be applied and no refunds will be given.

In case of Credit Card, you will receive the refunds in the same credit card. Refund process may take maximum 2-3 working days due to banking procedures. In case of Net Banking, it may take 7-8 working days.

If there is unavailability of services, you will receive total refund except the transaction fees.
